Entering 2021

The second semester our team started with two big events.
We had a face-to-face gathering with all of our team leaders (14 people) seeking God’s will and planning strategically for the next 3-5 years.
We spend time praying together and praising God for what He has done through our ministry in the last five years. We have around 300 students involved in our ministry as volunteers, in the last 5 years 130 students became multiplying disciples, meaning that they have been investing in two or more other students. We are present in 52 different universities in Ukraine. We are humbled and excited to see God move among the young generation.
So now we are entering a new phase and we are trying to set new goals and chose new priority directions in how we build spiritual movements in partnership with the local churches. We will have two more gatherings like that this semester to finalize our strategic plan.

Please pray for clear guidance and direction for us and ability to come to common goals and unity in how to reach them.

This summer we had to cancel our big outreach called Speak out. A lot of students have seen volunteers form other cities for more than year. We also had new students joining our ministry this last year who haven’t even met anyone and haven’t seen the size of Campus Ukraine. That’s why we decided to hold a countrywide zoom call called INFINITY 2021.

All the students were gathers in small groups in their cities and connected to zoom like that. So it was both offline and online format event.

We had three speakers unwrapping to the topic. Infinity is a symbol of our influence. It starts when we come to know the Lord and it lasts through eternity because God, God’s Word and souls of men are eternal. Sharing our faith ad helping people to grow in knowing God is the best eternal investment.
I was helping our student MC to prepare for this event and we all had a blast leading this fun zoom conference.

With modern postmodern culture, dedicating lives to God becomes more and more difficult. The mentality of young people now is wrapped around self-development, career growth and education. We face their extreme business and sometimes lack of commitment compared to even ten years ago. But God still calls his own to ministry. For example, we had 13 volunteers applying to go in staff this year.

Please pray for us to have wisdom in placement for the next year. We have a several leadership role gaps too.

Thank you so much for helping and investing in my ministry among the students of Ukraine
